- 2 Tbsp flavored butter (like cinnamon and brown sugar)
- ΒΌ tsp cayenne pepper
- Cocoa powder or sprinkles for coating
Instructions
- Chop the chocolate into small pieces and place in a heatproof bowl with flavored butter.
- Heat the cream in a small saucepan until just simmering; pour over the chocolate and let sit for 3 minutes.
- Stir in cayenne pepper until smooth; reheat gently if needed.
- Chill the mixture for 1-2 hours until firm enough to scoop.
- Scoop out portions using a melon baller or teaspoon and roll into balls.
- Coat each truffle in cocoa powder or sprinkles, then place on parchment paper to set.
