Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 6 slider buns
- 1 cup arugula
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Mix maple syrup and Dijon mustard in a small bowl.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Brush cooked chicken with the glaze and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Cook turkey bacon until crispy in the same skillet; drain on paper towels.
- Slice baked chicken into thin pieces.
- Assemble sliders by placing arugula on the bottom bun, topping with chicken and turkey bacon, then adding the top bun.
