- 250 grams all-purpose flour
- 200 grams sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 150 grams full-fat yogurt
- 3 large eggs
- 100 ml vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease your baking pan with vegetable oil or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix in the sugar until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs until frothy. Add in the yogurt, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
- Combine the wet ingredients into the dry mixture gently using a spatula until no dry flour remains—be careful not to overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow cooling completely before removing from the pan.
