Ingredients
- 2 lbs Yukon gold potatoes (cut into 1-inch cubes)
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- ¾ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ cup chopped cilantro (for garnish)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) or set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the potato cubes dry with paper towels to ensure crispiness.
- In a mixing bowl, combine onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, paprika, minced garlic, and cayenne pepper. Add olive oil to form a paste.
- Toss the dried potatoes in the spice mixture until evenly coated.
- If using an oven, spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer; if using an air fryer, place them in the basket without overcrowding.
- Bake or air fry until golden brown and crispy—approximately 25 minutes in the oven or about 15-18 minutes in the air fryer.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and lemon juice before serving.
