  • Total Time: 35 minutes

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs Yukon gold potatoes (cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • ¾ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro (for garnish)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) or set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the potato cubes dry with paper towels to ensure crispiness.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, paprika, minced garlic, and cayenne pepper. Add olive oil to form a paste.
  4. Toss the dried potatoes in the spice mixture until evenly coated.
  5. If using an oven, spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer; if using an air fryer, place them in the basket without overcrowding.

  7. Garnish with chopped cilantro and lemon juice before serving.
