  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese (divided)
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup crushed beef rind crumbs
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a large baking dish.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the seasoned shrimp for 1–2 minutes per side until pink. Set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté onions until soft, then add garlic and basil.
