- 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 8 oz lump crab meat
- 4 oz claw crab meat
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 3 cups panko breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- Canola oil (for frying)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, lump crab meat, claw crab meat, shredded mozzarella, and spices. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into sticks and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Set up a breading station with beaten eggs mixed with water and panko breadcrumbs. Coat each stick first in egg and then in breadcrumbs.
- Heat canola oil in a deep fryer or pot over medium-high heat. Fry the sticks until golden brown (about 3–5 minutes per side).
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
