- 90 ml heavy cream
- 200 g dark cooking chocolate (40% cocoa), finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon finely grated orange peel
- 1/3 cup chocolate sprinkles (for coating)
Instructions
- Heat the heavy cream in a small saucepan over medium heat until it simmers. Do not let it boil.
- Remove from heat and add the chopped dark chocolate, stirring until fully melted and combined with the cream.
- Mix in the grated orange peel until evenly distributed.
- Transfer to a mixing bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for about 2 hours or until firm.
- Scoop out bite-sized portions of the chilled mixture and roll into smooth balls using your hands.
- Roll each truffle in chocolate sprinkles until well coated, then place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill again for another hour before serving.
