Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Coat chicken thighs with jerk seasoning and olive oil.
  3. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through (165°F internal temperature).

  5. Whisk together mayonnaise, honey, lime juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
