  • 1 1/2 cups tightly packed finely grated zucchini

  3. In another bowl, mix eggs, vegetable oil, sour cream, sugars, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Finely grate zucchini and fold it into the wet mixture.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients gently; fold in half of the chocolate chips.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and top with remaining chocolate chips.
  7. Bake for about 55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
