- 16 oz Full-Fat Cream Cheese (Room temperature)
- 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 3 large Eggs (Room temperature)
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in sugar.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
- Pour in heavy cream; mix until well combined.
- Gently fold in flour and salt until just mixed.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 45 minutes, or until the top is dark brown but not burnt.
- Cool in the oven with the door ajar for an hour, then let it cool completely before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight.
