- 4 stalks celery

- 1/4 cup olive oil

- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and slice the celery diagonally into bite-sized pieces.
- Finely chop the fresh herbs.
- If using pecans, toast them lightly in a dry pan over medium heat until fragrant.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper until creamy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine sliced celery, chopped herbs, toasted nuts, and raisins.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
- Let sit for about 10 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
