  • 2 tablespoons peach puree (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream softened butter, sugar, and honey until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla.
  5. Gradually alternate adding dry ingredients and milk to the mixture.
  6. Fold in diced peaches gently.
  7. Fill cupcake liners two-thirds full and bake for 18–22 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. For frosting, beat cream cheese and butter smooth; mix in honey and powdered sugar until fluffy.
