  • 5 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine jasmine rice and chicken broth; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes until liquid is absorbed.
  2. While the rice cooks, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder; sear until golden brown (about 12–15 minutes).
  3. Push chicken to one side of the skillet; add minced garlic and remaining butter to the center. Once fragrant, pour in honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar; stir well and let simmer until thickened (2–3 minutes).
  4. Stir in heavy cream, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, and Parmesan cheese into the cooked rice until melted and creamy.
