- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2-3 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease/flour a Bundt or loaf pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream softened butter and granulated sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Alternately add dry ingredients and milk to the mixture until just combined.
- Prepare the cinnamon swirl by mixing brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter in a small bowl.
- Pour half of the batter into the pan, top with half of the cinnamon swirl mixture, add remaining batter, and finish with the rest of the swirl. Gently swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- For the glaze, whisk powdered sugar, honey, milk, and vanilla until smooth; drizzle over warm cake.
