Ingredients
- 1/2 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup powdered peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- Flaky sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, powdered peanut butter, creamy peanut butter, and maple syrup. Mix until smooth.
- Spoon the mixture into ice cube trays or silicone molds and pack tightly.
- Freeze for about 10 minutes or until solid.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Melt in short bursts, stirring frequently until smooth.
- Dip each frozen bite into the melted chocolate and place back on a parchment-lined tray. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired.
- Return to the freezer until set, about another 10 minutes.
