Instructions
- Season bone-in chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sear in a skillet over medium-high heat until golden brown and cooked through.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Stir in chicken broth, Dijon mustard, wholegrain mustard, cream, and parsley; let simmer until thickened.
- Boil peeled potatoes in salted water until soft; mash with butter and milk or cream until smooth.
- In another skillet, melt butter and sauté trimmed carrots until softened. Drizzle honey or maple syrup over them and season before cooking until glossy.
