Ingredients
- 4 Hawaiian rolls
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Optional: Sliced tomatoes
- Optional: Crispy Turkey Bacon
Instructions
- Slice each Hawaiian roll in half without cutting all the way through to create a pocket.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and generously butter the insides of each roll.
- Place the bottom halves on the skillet, fill with shredded Monterey Jack cheese, and press down with the top halves.
- Grill for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown, flipping carefully with a spatula.
- Remove from heat once crispy and cheese is melted; serve hot.
