Instructions
- Cut each roll in half horizontally and let them dry out slightly if fresh.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
- Dip each half of the roll into the custard mixture, ensuring both sides are coated but not overly soaked.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt butter. Place soaked rolls cut-side down in the skillet.
- Cook until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes), then flip and cook until both sides are golden (another 2-3 minutes).
- Serve immediately with warm maple syrup drizzled on top.
