Ingredients
- 1 cup packed parsley
- 1/2 cup packed baby spinach
- 3 tablespoons chives
- 3 tablespoons fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon green onions
- 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, combine parsley, spinach, chives, dill, green onions, garlic, and dried tarragon. Blend until finely chopped.
- Add light sour cream and mayonnaise along with half of the lemon juice, honey, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
- Taste the dressing; if needed, adjust sweetness with more honey or brightness with additional lemon juice.
