- 8 sheets filo pastry
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 4 slices feta cheese
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cup honey
- Black sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lay one sheet of filo pastry on a clean surface and brush it lightly with melted butter. Repeat with four more sheets.
- Place two slices of feta cheese in the center and drizzle honey over them.
- Fold the sides of the pastry over the feta and roll it up tightly.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, brush the top with remaining butter, and sprinkle black sesame seeds.
- Bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly before slicing.
