  • Lettuce (sliced)
  • Tzatziki
  • Tomatoes (sliced)
  • Red onions (sliced)
  • Feta cheese (crumbled)
  • French Fries (optional)

Instructions

  1. Puree onion and garlic in a food processor until smooth.
  2. In a stand mixer, combine ground meats with pureed onion, garlic, and spices until paste-like.
  3. Optionally refrigerate the mixture for enhanced flavor.
  4. Preheat oven to 325°F and prepare a foil-lined baking tray.
