Ingredients
- 1 large heirloom tomato
- 1 cup Kalamata olives
- 1 English cucumber
- Feta cheese (to preference)
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by washing them thoroughly. Slice the heirloom tomato into thick rounds and cut the English cucumber into even rounds. Halve the Kalamata olives if necessary.
- On a serving platter, layer one slice of heirloom tomato at the base, followed by a layer of cucumber rounds. Sprinkle some Kalamata olives over the cucumbers.
- Repeat these layers until all ingredients are used up, finishing with a layer of feta on top.
- Serve immediately for optimal freshness, optionally drizzling with olive oil or balsamic vinegar just before serving.
