  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)

  • 10 oz bag organic frozen spinach (defrosted and squeezed)
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325Β°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, artichokes, spinach, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish or cast iron skillet. Sprinkle additional mozzarella and parmesan on top.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden on top; broil for an extra 2 minutes for added color if desired.
