- 1 block cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp garlic (minced)
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
- 1 can artichokes (diced)
- 10 oz bag organic frozen spinach (defrosted and squeezed)
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325Β°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, artichokes, spinach, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish or cast iron skillet. Sprinkle additional mozzarella and parmesan on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden on top; broil for an extra 2 minutes for added color if desired.
