- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 3 ½ cups white chocolate chips
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- ¼ tsp ground cloves
- ¼ cup molasses
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Christmas sprinkles (for topping)
Instructions
- Prepare an 8×8 baking pan by lining it with aluminum foil or parchment paper and lightly buttering it.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, warm the sweetened condensed milk until heated through but not boiling.
- Stir in the white chocolate chips until they are completely melted and smooth.
- Add brown sugar, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, molasses, vanilla extract, and cloves to the mixture. Cook for about 10 minutes until the sugar dissolves fully.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Top with Christmas sprinkles.
- Refrigerate for at least four hours until set, then cut into squares to serve.
