- 8 mini corn on the cobs

- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the corn in a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour the garlic butter over the corn and toss to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the corn.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until cheese is golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.
