Instructions
- Wash and cube the potatoes; toss with olive oil and seasonings.
- Cook in an air fryer at 400°F for approximately 20 minutes until crispy.
- Season cubed chicken with salt, pepper, and spices.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat; add chicken and cook until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Stir in minced garlic and garlic parmesan sauce; cook for another minute.
- Combine cooked potatoes with the chicken mixture; top with mozzarella cheese.
- Cover until cheese melts or broil briefly for extra browning.
