Ingredients
- 1 pound linguine pasta
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh spinach (about 2 cups)
- Cajun seasoning
- Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Cook the linguine in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add chicken broth and heavy cream; stir in Cajun and Italian seasonings.
- Lower heat and mix in Parmesan cheese until melted, then gradually add mozzarella cheese.
- Fold in cooked linguine and spinach until well combined. Cook until spinach wilts.
- Serve hot, garnished with extra cheese if desired.
