Ingredients
- 12 large Medjool dates
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice each date lengthwise and remove the pit.
- In a bowl, mix together feta and Parmesan until well combined.
- Stuff each date with the cheese mixture.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and toast walnuts for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Stir in honey and thyme; season with salt and pepper.
- Place stuffed dates on a baking sheet and drizzle with the walnut mixture.
- Bake for about 10 minutes until warm.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
