Ingredients
- 370 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 100 g granulated sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Combine raspberries, sugar, lemon juice, and salt in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir until the raspberries begin to release their juices.
- Allow the mixture to simmer while stirring regularly for about 8 minutes until it thickens slightly.
- Remove from heat and strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl, using a spatula to push through as much pulp as possible.
- Let the coulis cool to room temperature before transferring it into a clean jar or airtight container.
