- 2 croissants
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp pistachio paste
- 3 tbsp chopped pistachios
Instructions
- Chop the deshelled pistachios and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with sugar until slightly thickened.
- Add pistachio paste and continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
- Slice each croissant in half carefully.
- Fill each croissant with the pistachio cream using a piping bag or spoon.
- Top with additional pistachio cream and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
- Drizzle with pistachio paste before serving.
