  • 80-90 g raisins
  • 60-70 g currants
  • 80-90 g dried cherries (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, instant yeast, salt, sugar, and spices.
  2. Make a well in the center and add warm water and melted butter. Stir until dough forms.
  3. Fold in cranberries, raisins, currants, and cherries until evenly mixed.
  4. Knead dough on a floured surface for 5-10 minutes until smooth. Let rise in a greased bowl for about 90 minutes until doubled.
  5. Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan. Allow it to rise again for an hour.
