- 357 g all-purpose flour
- 210 ml warm water
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 42.6 g butter (melted)
- 32 g sugar
- 80-90 g cranberries
- 80-90 g raisins
- 60-70 g currants
- 80-90 g dried cherries (optional)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder (optional)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla sugar
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, instant yeast, salt, sugar, and spices.
- Make a well in the center and add warm water and melted butter. Stir until dough forms.
- Fold in cranberries, raisins, currants, and cherries until evenly mixed.
- Knead dough on a floured surface for 5-10 minutes until smooth. Let rise in a greased bowl for about 90 minutes until doubled.
- Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan. Allow it to rise again for an hour.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake for about 40 minutes until golden brown.
