- 4 salmon fillets (skin-on)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Rinse the salmon fillets under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- In a mixing bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic; stir to create the glaze.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat for about a minute.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet; cook for about 4 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip the fillets carefully and brush half of the glaze on top. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 145°F).
- Drizzle the remaining glaze over the cooked salmon and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
