- 11 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400F (200C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine chicken thighs, olive oil, lemon zest, garlic, salt, oregano, Greek seasoning, yogurt, and lemon juice.
- Mix until well incorporated.
- Arrange chicken thighs tightly in a loaf pan.
- Bake uncovered for 45–60 minutes until fully cooked.
- Drain excess liquid if necessary; broil for extra crispiness if desired.
- Slice and serve warm with pita bread or over rice.
