- 2 teaspoons corn starch
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 1/2 cups green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by washing and trimming the green beans and chopping the chicken breast into bite-sized chunks.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add the chopped chicken to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in minced garlic and sauté for one minute until fragrant.
- Add green beans to the skillet and stir to combine.
- In a small bowl, whisk together chicken broth, soy sauce, honey, corn starch, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the chicken and green beans.
- Let everything simmer for about 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
