  3. Roll the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  4. Melt chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second increments until smooth.
  5. Dip each frozen truffle into melted chocolate using a fork, tapping off excess before returning them to the sheet. Top with sprinkles immediately.
