Ingredients
- 1 (18 ounce) box brownie mix (plus ingredients from the box)
- 8 ounces full-fat brick-style cream cheese (room temperature)
- 3 cups chocolate melting wafers
- Sprinkles for decorating
Instructions
- Prepare the brownies in a 9×13 inch pan according to package directions. Allow to cool completely.
- Scoop out cooled brownies into a large bowl, discarding firmer edges. Add cream cheese and mix until smooth using a hand or stand mixer.
- Roll the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second increments until smooth.
- Dip each frozen truffle into melted chocolate using a fork, tapping off excess before returning them to the sheet. Top with sprinkles immediately.
- Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes until set.
