Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp loose-leaf Earl Grey tea (or 2 tea bags)
- 1 tsp dried culinary lavender
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 2 tbsp honey (adjust to taste)
- Juice of 1/2 fresh orange
Instructions
- Heat the milk in a small saucepan until steaming but not boiling. Add the Earl Grey tea and dried lavender; steep for 5 minutes.
- Strain the mixture to remove the tea leaves and lavender, then let it cool completely.
- In a blender, combine cooled tea-infused milk, vanilla ice cream, honey, and fresh orange juice. Blend until creamy and smooth.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh orange slices and lavender buds. Serve immediately.
