- 1 cup chopped dill pickles
- 1/4 cup pickle juice
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter, chopped dill pickles, pickle juice, eggs, and milk until combined.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients; stir until just combined.
- Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow cooling in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Slice and serve plain or with your choice of spreads.
