Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 8 oz whipped topping
- 1 cup pretzels, chopped
- ½ cup pecans, chopped
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ¾ cup melted butter
- 2–3 cups strawberries, diced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash and dice your strawberries; set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped pretzels, chopped pecans, melted butter, and brown sugar until well-coated.
- Spread the mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 7–9 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool completely.
- In another bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy. Gently fold in the whipped topping.
- Combine diced strawberries with the cooled pretzel-pecan crunch and serve immediately or refrigerate for later enjoyment.
