Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 peaches
- 1 cup halved and pitted cherries
- 1 large handful cilantro (chopped)
- 1 jalapeño pepper (chopped)
- 1/2 small red onion (chopped)
- Juice and zest of 1 ½ limes
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Wash all produce thoroughly. Finely chop the garlic, cilantro, jalapeño pepper, and red onion. Pit and slice the peaches, then halve the cherries.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all chopped ingredients: garlic, cilantro, jalapeño pepper, red onion, sliced peaches, and halved cherries. Add the lime zest and juice.
- Season with salt to taste and stir well to evenly distribute flavors.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving to enhance flavor melding.
