Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Add in eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt; gradually mix into the wet ingredients until well combined.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared springform pan evenly.
- For the cheesecake layer, beat softened cream cheese until smooth using an electric mixer. Gradually add granulated sugar and mix well. Add eggs one at a time followed by vanilla extract and brewed coffee; mix until smooth. Fold in flour gently until just combined.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the brownie base and bake for about 80 minutes or until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
- Allow to cool completely before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight for best flavor development.
