- 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Barbecue sauce
- 1 cup Pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, drained)
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- as needed Chopped green onions
Instructions
- Place seasoned chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a mixing bowl, combine barbecue sauce, pineapple chunks, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until cooked through.
- Shred the chicken with forks and mix well with the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
