- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
- 5–6 oz brie cheese, sliced or torn into chunks
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey (plus more for drizzling)
- Fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place flatbread on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Brush the flatbread evenly with olive oil for added flavor.
- Top with slices or chunks of brie cheese, dried cranberries, and toasted sliced almonds.
- Bake for about 8–10 minutes until the cheese is melted and edges are golden.
- Drizzle with honey, sprinkle with sea salt, and add fresh herbs if desired. Slice and serve warm.
