- 1 clove garlic (minced)

- 4 brioche buns (split)
- 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup shaved Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Marinate chicken in buttermilk mixed with hot sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare the breading by combining flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne.
- Dredge marinated chicken in the breading mixture until fully coated.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry the chicken until golden brown (about 6–8 minutes per side).
- For the dressing, whisk together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, black pepper, and olive oil until smooth.
- Assemble the sandwich by spreading dressing on toasted buns and layering with lettuce and fried chicken.
