Instructions

- Stir in hot salsa and all spices; mix thoroughly.
- Reduce heat, add cottage cheese, stirring until creamy, then fold in fresh spinach until wilted (2–3 minutes).
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed before serving.
