Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 to 5 cloves garlic (minced)
- 10.5 ounces condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup water
- 2 to 3 cups chopped broccoli
- Kosher salt to taste
- Freshly cracked black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika. Set aside.
- 2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Cook chicken for about 5 minutes per side until browned. Remove and keep warm.
- 3. In the same skillet, melt remaining butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Whisk in the condensed soup and water until smooth.
- 4. Return chicken to skillet with chopped broccoli; cover and simmer for about 10 minutes or until cooked through.
- 5. Serve warm over rice or pasta, garnished with parsley.
