Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season sliced chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until browned (about 6-8 minutes). Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Lower heat and stir in heavy cream and whole milk. Gradually mix in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth; add Italian seasoning.
- Combine cooked fettuccine and spinach with the creamy sauce, tossing gently until evenly coated.
