- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon orange zest (freshly grated)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup orange-flavored candy coating or white chocolate for coating
- Extra orange zest for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt together heavy cream and white chocolate chips until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in orange zest, vanilla extract, and orange juice. Allow the mixture to cool for 15-20 minutes.
- Cover and refrigerate the ganache for 1-2 hours until firm enough to handle.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Use a cookie scoop to portion out the ganache into balls and roll them between your palms until smooth.
- Chill again for 30 minutes.
- Melt the candy coating or white chocolate in short intervals until smooth; let cool slightly.
- Dip each truffle into the melted coating and place back on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Garnish with extra orange zest if desired and allow them to set before serving.
