- 2 cups parmesan cheese (divided)
- 16 ounces fresh spinach leaves
- 5 strips crispy turkey bacon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In an oven-safe skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant. Stir in flour to create a paste.
- Gradually add heavy cream and half & half while stirring until thickened.
- Incorporate 1 cup of parmesan cheese until fully blended; adjust thickness with more cream if needed.
- Stir in spinach in batches until wilted.
- Top with remaining parmesan cheese and optional seasoning blend.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown; garnish with crispy turkey bacon before serving.
