Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Fit pie crusts into two 9-inch pans and place them on a foil-lined baking sheet.
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and orange zest. Mix until glossy and thick.
- In another bowl, combine cranberry sauce, cornstarch, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon. Spread evenly over the cream cheese layer in each pie pan.
- For the crumb topping, mix flour, brown sugar, and chopped pecans in a separate bowl. Pour melted butter over it and stir until clumps form. Sprinkle generously over pies.
- Bake for 55–60 minutes or until golden brown on top. Cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
