- 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions
- Blend the cottage cheese, peanut butter, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt in a high-speed blender until smooth.
- Adjust the consistency by adding milk if needed and blend again.
- Chill the mousse in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes.
- Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Serve the mousse in bowls, drizzled with melted chocolate and topped with chopped peanuts.
